i-MIST
i-Mist is a new domestic & residential high pressure Watermist system that offers many advantages to a domestic sprinkler system. Watermist is already being used within domestic premises. The i-Mist system meets the new British Standards 'BS8458' for residential and domestic watermist systems.

The main features and advantages to the I-Mist system are:
* A British Standard Approved Watermist system for Residential & Domestic Properties
* Multi-room coverage
* No water storage tank required, which will save a lot of space within the building or area being protected.
* No dedicated water supply required, any water feed within the building can be used which can save time and money installing a new water feed to the pump unit.
* All nozzles are connected using very small flexible hoses which not only saves on space but also allows us to install them in tight and hard to reach areas.
* As the system uses flexible hoses, this means the system is quick to install which will save you money on the labour aspect required.
* The i-Mist system uses less water than a standard domestic sprinkler system, resulting in less water damage to the property.
The i-Mist system operates by heat sensitive bulbs that operate when the bulb reaches 57 degrees. Once the nozzle has been activated it sprays a fine mist effect that smothers the fire and reduces the temperature and oxygen at the source of the fire to extinguish the fire. An audible alarm can be added to the system or link it direct to your current fire alarm system to make the users aware that the system has discharged.
